Automatic connector

The automatic fastening set 8, bright zinc-plated, is designed for joining two channel 8 aluminium profiles at a right angle. The joint offers high resistance to shifting, twisting and bending, and can also be used to additionally prevent the profiles from rotating.

The automatic connector is fitted directly into the profile channel, with no drilling or other machining of the profile. This makes it possible to add profiles to an existing structure later, and to move or reposition them.

For optimum stability, automatic connectors are usually used in pairs. Sets with two automatic connectors and one sliding nut 8 with two threads are also available, which simplify and speed up the assembly of different aluminium profile variants.
